The pupil premium is additional funding for publicly funded schools in England to raise the attainment of disadvantaged pupils of all abilities and to close the gaps between them and their peers.

Pupil Premium

For the current financial year 1.4.25 to 31.3.26 (25-26 AY), which is based on the October 24 census, the funding is based on the following:

5 x Primary FSM = £7,575
40 x Secondary FSM = £43,000
3 x PLAC = £7,890
4 x LAC = £5,700
TOTAL Funding = £64,165

For the previous financial year 1.4.24 to 31.3.25 (24-25 AY), which is based on the October 23 census, the funding is based on the following:

9 x Primary @£1,480 = £13,320
24 x Secondary @ £1,050 = £25,200
3 x PLAC @ £2570 = £7,710
2 x Post LAC @ £2,570 = £5,140
Total = £51,370

For the previous financial year 1.4.23 to 31.3.24 (23-24 AY), which is based on the October 22 census, the funding is based on the following:

6 x Primary @£1,455 = £8,730
23 x Secondary @ £1,035 = £23,805
2 x Post LAC @ £2,530 = £5,060
Total = £37,595

Pupil Recovery Premium

Pupil Recovery Premium is as follows:

23-24 Academic Year – est £30,818
Funding based on 6 primary pupils & 25 secondary pupils

22-23 Academic Year – £25,738
Funding based on 1 primary pupil & 23 secondary pupils

Sports premium supports our younger students to participate in a wide range of activities and access specialist equipment. Over the years, Pupil Premium has sustained the implementation of activities and funded the specialist equipment to address the needs and abilities of our younger students.
The activities and equipment required are reviewed each September to accommodate and reflect any changes in needs of our students.
